Position Summary

Do you have a passion for customer service and hold a valid Ontario Security Guard license? We are seeking individuals to join us as Security guards for high-end condominium sites throughout the Greater Toronto Area. One year of condominium experience is required, along with a commitment to excellence and a desire to be part of a team of elite security professionals.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide access control to the condominium
• Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the facility grounds
• Monitor CCTV and conduct investigations as required
• Ensure that the facility’s safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to site emergencies
• Undertake site-specific training and follow the direction and guidance of the Site Supervisor
• Demonstrate judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge in emergencies or other incidents
• Effectively operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones
• Maintain meticulous record-keeping and report writing

Position Requirements

• One year Condominium Security Experience is a must.
• Excellent Customer Service, English language & communication abilities
• Must be comfortable walking, standing, patrolling
• A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required
• Eligibility to work full-time, legally in Canada without restrictions (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Work Permit only)
