Job Description : Knowledge Manager (Finance Domain)

Location : Montreal, Canada (Onsite – 3 days per week to start)

Type : Long Term Contract

Rate : $40–$55 USD / hour

We are looking for a Knowledge Manager with strong experience in the financial and banking domain to join our team in Montreal. This role requires expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and a passion for optimizing organizational knowledge flow. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing a knowledge management strategy that enhances learning, efficiency, and innovation across teams.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective knowledge management strategies tailored to financial services.
• Maintain, update, and organize internal knowledge repositories, ensuring content is accurate and user-friendly.
• Facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing between employees, departments, and external stakeholders.
• Identify organizational knowledge gaps and create solutions to address them.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge-sharing.
• Train employees on knowledge management systems and tools, providing ongoing support.
• Use Adobe Experience Manager to manage and deliver content to target audiences.

Requirements :

• Experience in Finance / Banking domain is mandatory.
• Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) .
• 5+ years in a knowledge management or content strategy role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Montreal , with flexibility to start hybrid (3 days per week onsite).
