Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in CS/Statistics/Data Science or related field.
• Technical data analysis skills and ability to clean data, engineer features, and train models.
• English communication skills for a global team.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and other data analysis languages/tools.
• SQL proficiency; experience with Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong problem-solving and ability to present findings to tech/non-tech stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior data from analytics to identify trends and improvements.
• Evaluate knowledge usage with Power BI to find content gaps.
• Support issue diagnosis by analyzing behavior across support channels.
• Build and maintain data analytics platforms and dashboards.
• Design metric systems and visualization tools for decision-making.
• Use AI tools to identify missing or underperforming knowledge content.
• Track trends and compare with historical data; collaborate with analysts.
• Explore ML algorithms and LLM tools to enhance diagnostic performance.
• Work with engineers to ensure accurate data collection and storage.
• Partner with IT vendors to improve data quality and expand fields.
