An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse / Deputy Team Leader to work within the Aberdeenshire South Health and Social Care Partnership.
We are looking for a motivated, skilled practitioner who can carry out first referral mental health assessments, provide low-intensity psychological therapies, formulate care plans, and evaluate care. The Deputy Team Leader CMHN will manage their own patient caseload, assist with supervising junior staff, and deputise for the Band 7 in the overall running of the team. The ideal candidate must be flexible, adaptable to change, and committed to personal and service development.
The successful candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse, preferably with Older Adult Community Mental Health experience, and must have access to a car.
