Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Kitchen Utility Worker to support the dining team in all kitchen and dining room areas. You will help deliver a high level of service, assist with food preparation, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment to keep residents satisfied with meals and dining programs.

You will work closely with the Culinary Services Director and team to execute dining enhancements and assist with events, while adhering to food safety standards and local policies.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills are required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service in a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Work with Directors to ensure residents are satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and proper food storage.
• Assist in dining room cleaning, bussing tables, and setting tables.
• Support special events, banquets, and theme meals.
