Job summary

Splitsville Entertainment is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for our Pickering centre opening in November 2026. You will lead the kitchen on shift, ensure food is cooked to spec, uphold safety standards, and manage stock levels with rotation discipline. You’ll drive guest satisfaction with high energy and fast-paced service.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a kitchen team.
• Positive attitude and approach to everything you do.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team to get the best out of them.
• Demonstrated excellent guest service and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Able to work alone and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team on shift and ensure food is cooked to spec every time.
• Maintain kitchen standards and safety as top priority.
• Monitor stock levels and stock rotation at all times.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
• Deliver engaging guest service and ensure a high value-for-money experience for guests.

As our Kitchen Team Leader you’ll lead the kitchen team on shift and be responsible for ensuring the food is cooked perfectly to spec every time. Kitchen standards and safety will also be top priority to you whilst making sure the stock levels and stock rotation are correct at all times. It’s fast paced and fun, to succeed with us you’ll have to love this type of environment.

Your professional and engaging guest service, along with your high energy and infectious enthusiasm will ensure our guests have an enjoyable, excellent value-for-money experience with every visit.
