Job summary

Northland Restaurant Group in Canada seeks passionate leaders to join our Leadership Team. You will gain leadership skills and mentorship while training toward business management in hospitality.

The role emphasizes culinary leadership, team development, and delivering high-quality menu and service. You will lead shifts, help manage budgets, and foster a positive team culture as we expand across Canada and the USA.

  • Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals.
  • Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift.
  • Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily.
