Kitchen Supervisor
The Kitchen Supervisor at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, oversees daily kitchen operations, including managing, scheduling, training, and controlling food and labour costs. They lead the team during operations, focusing on serving perfect food every time and working with purpose and urgency.
Additionally, they oversee inventory and ordering of food and supplies, as well as the receiving and preparation of all foodstuffs according to BP policies and practices. Kitchen Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests and team members, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They demonstrate outstanding leadership, champion a fun and safe work environment, and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
