Job Description

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $20.00~$23.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 3

· Work Location: #102 – 2945 Jacklin Road, Victoria, BC V9B 5E3

· 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

1. Keep sanitized kitchen and work areas
2. Keep track of food, supplies, and equipment by managing inventory and maintaining records
3. Place an order for supplies and equipment
4. Provide training to employees on food preparation, cooking techniques, and proper handling practices
5. Efficiently and skillfully create and cook entire meals or individual dishes and foods
6. Oversee and manage the kitchen staff and assistants

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
