Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will:
- Wash all main kitchen and banquet kitchen dishes, glassware, and cutlery to ensure sufficient supplies are available at all times;
- Clean the dishwashing machines and jet components, including closing jet flaps;
- Clean stainless steel and prep areas;
- Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Clean display mirrors in the main kitchen and banquet kitchen;
- Clean ovens, stoves, and hoods;
- Clean other kitchen equipment as directed by the Executive Chef;
- Sweep the main kitchen floor, ensuring no debris is left under prep/cook areas or stoves, and mop and sanitize floors;
- Empty all garbage containers in the main kitchen and banquet kitchen into dumpsters or recycling containers;
- Break down all empty boxes, deposit them into a trash compactor or designated area, and tie broken boxes with wire once compacted;
- Maintain cleanliness of the staff cafeteria, dishes, and cutlery;
- Ensure the work area is clean and sanitized at all times;
- Perform any other duties as instructed by the Executive Chef or Manager on Duty, including food preparation.

- No previous experience required;

- Physical ability to perform the job, including constant standing and walking, frequent lifting up to 30 lbs, occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and ascending/descending ladders, stairs, and ramps;
- Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
