Job summary

Boston Pizza Renfrew is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, lead a team, manage scheduling, training, and control food and labour costs while delivering consistent quality. You will supervise inventory and ordering, ensuring BP policies are followed and guest experience is excellent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as Kitchen Manager or 3-4 years as Assistant Kitchen Manager in busy restaurants.
• Heart of House equipment management like ovens, coolers, dishwashing machines.
• Inventory management, ordering, scheduling, budgeting.
• Hiring, training, developing and performance management of Heart of House team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and lead the team during service.
• Manage scheduling, training and ensure control over food and labour costs.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and receiving per BP policies.
• Uphold Boston Pizza standards, Food Safety and guest experience.
