If you are passionate aboutquality food and beverages,organization,andenjoy working on a teamwe would love to hear from you.We are looking for a Chef de Partie motivated by a passion for food and personal and professional growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Contribute to a culinary experience of the highest quality, consistency, and creativity
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and the daily preparation of meals from pre-determined menus, ensuring the food quality and presentation meets our dining standards
  • Assist with menu creation, budget control and development of new ideas
  • Provide instruction to the kitchen team and monitor kitchen service levels to ensure Guests’ needs are met
  • Estimate daily production needs on a weekly basis and communicate production needs to kitchen personnel daily
  • Prepare and cooks food of all types, either on a regular basis or for special Guests or functions
  • Assist in determining how food should be presented and creates decorative food displays
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
  • Recognize superior quality products, presentations, and flavor
  • Follow proper handling and correct temperature of all food products
  • Operate and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in culinary roles
  • Red Seal and Food Safe Level 2 Certified (this is a must)

  • You lead with a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and bring energy and enthusiasm to work every day!
  • You're dedicated to providing truly unmatched guest experience
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills - a true people-person!

Considerations :

  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
  • While performing the duties of this position, team members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time
  • Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
  • Occasionally required to lift and climb a step ladder or step stool

Wage : $26.50 - $28.00
