Job summary

Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary is seeking a Casino Dishwasher to maintain sanitary conditions in the food services area, cleaning dishware, pots and utensils and ensuring safe, efficient operation of dishwashing equipment.

You will assist with floor and counter cleaning, lift heavy items, and work in a heat-intensive, high-volume kitchen while following OHSA and WHMIS guidelines. Training is provided and prior experience is welcome.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of foodservice operations.
• Previous experience is an asset; training provided.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishware, pots, pans, and utensils daily.
• Operate commercial dishwashing machines and manually wash heavy items.
• Sweep and mop floors, wipe counters and maintain a neat kitchen area.
• Unload trash and assist with kitchen cleaning duties.
• Follow OHSA, WHMIS, and provincial guidelines.
