Burger Baron and Pizza located in Bonnyville, AB, is hiring a Kitchen helper for permanent full-time work. Start date is immediate. The role includes dish handling, kitchen cleaning, stocking, and assisting with food preparation in a fast-paced setting.

No degree is required; training will be provided. You should be able to lift up to 9 kg, be reliable, friendly, and a good team player. Bilingualism is not required. Wages are paid at $15.00 hourly for 35 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Transport clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
• Carry and replace linen.
• Clean and sanitise items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units.
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
• Load buspans and trays.
• Store dishes in the proper storage area.
• Hand-sanitize and wash dishes and other items.
• Wrap and portion foods as needed.
• Take customer orders.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen surfaces, cabinets, and equipment.
• Handle and store cleaning products safely.
• Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators and storage areas.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash regularly and sweep/mop floors.
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff who prepare and portion food.
• Create and submit reports and keep stock/repair/sales/waste records.
• Help with work schedules and ingredient/orders planning.
