Job summary

Boston Pizza Kindersley seeks entry-level kitchen staff to assist in preparing and cleaning tasks. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided, and the role is suitable for youth. You will work in a fast-paced environment, preparing, heating and finishing simple food items, while maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Shifts include mornings, days, and evenings with a 40-hour work week. English communication is required to collaborate with the team and follow safety procedures

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• English language required to work in a Canadian restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
• Handle and store cleaning products.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit.
