Job summary

KDS Cabinets is seeking an experienced Administrator / Receptionist to join our growing cabinet manufacturing company in Saskatoon, Canada. The role emphasizes a welcoming client focus, organized operations, and independent work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will manage communications, records, quotes, invoices, and scheduling while supporting design, sales, production, and installation teams to keep workflows efficient and orderly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative, receptionist, office coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, accounting, scheduling, or project management software.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, appointments, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate client, project, and company records.
  • Assist with quotes, invoices, purchase orders, billing, and payments.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, deliveries, and other project-related activities.
  • Communicate with the design, sales, production, and installation teams to support efficient workflow.
  • Maintain office organization and assist with general administrative operations.
