Position : Kitchen & Bath Designer | Sales Specialist

Location : Toronto, ON

Job Type : Full-Time, On-Site

Base Salary : $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 (depending on experience)

Commission Structure :

• 5% on sales up to $750,000
• 6% on sales from $750,000 to $1,500,000
• 7% on sales exceeding $1,500,000
• Working Hours : Tuesday - Friday 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM; Saturday 10 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Design & Concept Development

Client Relations

Guide clients through the entire design process—from concept development to final installation—with exceptional service and expertise.

Sales Collaboration & Project Management

Lead the sales process, ensuring the seamless execution of projects from start to finish, while meeting timelines, budgets, and the highest quality standards.

Customer Experience

Key Qualifications

Required :

Design Expertise : Proven experience in kitchen and bath design, with an in-depth understanding of cabinetry, materials, and design trends.

Exceptional Communication : Skilled at articulating design concepts to clients and team members clearly and professionally.

Proficiency in Design Software : Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp for creating precise, functional, and visually compelling designs.

Degree or Certification in Interior Design or a Related Field : A recognized degree or certification is required, ensuring a solid foundation in design principles and professional practice.

Preferred :

Strong portfolio showcasing past kitchen and bath design work.

Familiarity with other design software (e.g., 3D Studio Max, Revit, or similar) is a bonus.

Experience Requirements :

4-5 years of professional experience in kitchen and bath design, with a focus on high-end residential projects.

Proven track record of managing the full design and sales process from initial concept to final installation.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales and exceed targets, particularly in luxury retail or design-related environments.
