Position Overview:

Kitchen Tune-Up Calgary South is expanding, and we’re looking for skilled professionals to join our team. This full-time role offers steady work and a dependable paycheck for career-minded remodelers and construction professionals. If you’re detail-oriented and eager to learn, we provide the training and tools needed to succeed in a rewarding trade. You’ll be responsible for transforming kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring quality installations, and leaving customers with a stunning final product.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Install tubs, showers, vanities, cabinets, doors, and other fixtures.
2. Perform demolition of tub, shower, and cabinetry areas when needed.
3. Prepare materials and tools at job sites for an organized and efficient workflow.
4. Refinish cabinetry – reface, sand, paint, and finish cabinets for a seamless, professional look.
5. Install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, rollout trays, and adjust hinges for a proper alignment.
6. Install bathroom fixtures, tile, and other finishing details to ensure every project meets high expectations.
7. Follow Kitchen and Bath Tune-Up standards to ensure every project meets high expectations.
8. Maintain a clean workspace and leave clients’ homes spotless after every job.
9. Communicate effectively with the project manager to provide updates and ensure smooth project completion.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of experience in Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations.
2. Experience with drilling for hinges and installing doors, drawer fronts, roll-out trays, and bathroom vanities.
3. Ability to install showers, tubs, tile, and other bathroom components.
4. Experience with trim work, light carpentry, and cabinet refinishing is an asset.
5. Ability to work with power tools safely and efficiently.
6. A reliable, hardworking professional who takes pride in craftsmanship.
