Overview

We are recruiting for FULL TIME Sanitation related positions on the night shift running from 10:30pm – 6:30am Sunday to Saturday on a varying scheduled basis. Starting wage begins at $19.14 with progression rate.

Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the facility daily, as well as completing separate non-daily cleaning as per direction from the Sanitation Supervisor.

Key Ingredients

Key Ingredients:

  • Maintain a high level of sanitation in all areas of the facility.
  • Complete all daily sanitation tasks, as per the Sanitation Checklist.
  • Complete additional non-daily cleaning tasks, as per the required frequency
  • Ensures that all manufacturing equipment are cleaned, sanitized and handled according to company standards
  • Assists in the cleaning of production lines and ensures that lines are properly cleaned within the acceptable time frame
  • Individual must be able to work in a self-paced environment.Individual will need to be detail oriented which will ensure that the cleaning/sanitation functions are executed according to the SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
  • Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
  • Individual will be required to work with cleaning chemicals and variety of cleaning tools such as brushes, cloths, buckets, mops, walk-behind floor scrubber and equipment foamer/sanitizer.
  • Individual will take direction from the Sanitation Team Lead or Supervisor for training and task assignments.
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Recipe for Success
  • Experience with moving and dismantling equipment to ensure proper cleaning and sanitation
  • Lockout- tag out knowledge
  • Exposure to/working with chemicals (detergents bleach, etc.)
  • Must have good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others
  • Must be physically fit

Additional Servings:

  • Previous experience in an industrial GMP plant or janitorial industry is preferred
  • Always work indoors.
  • Compliant with ventilation, cleanliness, space, lighting, and temperature.
