Location : Cambridge or Woodstock, Ontario

onTrack Occupational Therapy Services (onTrack) , a division of Santé Circle Health, is actively seeking Kinesiologists interested in Industrial Kinesiology for immediate opportunities in Cambridge and Woodstock, Ontario.

onTrack is seeking Kinesiologists to provide on-site wellness services at a local auto-manufacturing company. This role is part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team, collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Medicine, and Orthopaedics. onTrack’s Wellness Kinesiologist will work within the team to enhance employees’ health, safety, comfort, function, and performance.

Responsibilities will include :

  • Promoting health and fitness in an industrial environment;
  • Conducting clinical and functional assessments for musculoskeletal injuries and health conditions (acute and chronic);
  • Developing therapeutic exercise programs;
  • Providing job coaching;
  • Identifying ergonomic risk factors; and
  • Collaborating with healthcare team members on employee health, safety, wellness programs, education, and inquiries.

Key Qualifications :

  • Bachelor of Kinesiology or equivalent degree;
  • Registered, and in good standing, with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario;
  • Clinical and functional assessment skills, particularly in acute injury management. Experience with repetitive strain injuries is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and time effectively;
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities; and
  • Aptitude for making decisions based on clinical and functional assessments.
