Status:

Part Time

Anticipated Work Schedule:

• Monday: 11:00 - 18:30
• Tuesday: 08:00 - 15:00
• Thursday: 08:00 - 15:00

You will work with employers, union representatives, and physicians to review medicals, facilitate treatment, and develop return-to-work solutions. You will build relationships and provide advice daily.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments with other clinicians and case managers
• Design, implement, and supervise graded exercise, work conditioning, and work hardening programs
• Reassess client progress biweekly through functional testing
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve functional goals
• Provide regular education to clients
• Work cooperatively with the inter-professional team at your clinic

What You Bring to the Team:

• Graduate of a University Kinesiology program
• 1+ year’s experience treating clients in an outpatient setting (strong asset), but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively
• Commitment to post-graduate professional development
