This Beauty Advisor (Kiel) – Full Time Job Is For You, If You Would Enjoy:

Providing a complete shopping experience for customers, including enthusiastic assistance and expansive knowledge of Kiehl's products. The primary focus is customer service and sales through exceptional communication and artistic ability. The role also involves maximizing sales potential, team building, and maintaining high standards of presentation and service.

Your Team is counting on you as a Beauty Advisor to:

• Have open availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Work a full-time schedule

Specific Requirements

Customers

• Provide quality customer service using Travelers Best Friend selling techniques.
• Ability to professionally sample products as applicable.
• Provide friendly and informed information about the brand and products.

People

• Communicate customer and product feedback/issues to Brand Specialist.
• Inform management of health & safety issues.
• Maintain store visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Manage the cash register according to company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintaining stock accuracy.
• Adhere to dress guidelines to maintain store and brand image.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Practice safety consciousness at all times.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Experience/Skills Required

• Minimum of 2+ years of Kiehl's beauty sales experience.
• Mandarin speaking skills are an asset.
• Excellent customer service skills, especially with difficult customers.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and build loyalty.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing/walking in the store.
• Reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, and color vision.
