JOB DESCRIPTION

St. Patricks School in Maple Ridge is seeking a passionate and faithfilled Music Teacher to join our team.

If you have a love for music singing band and sharing the joy of music with students in a Christcentered environment we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

Teach general music classes from Kindergarten to Grade Seven

Lead student choir and facilitate vocal instruction

Organize and direct school performances and liturgical music

Encourage participation in school band and help students grow their instrumental skills in Grades 67

Instill a love of music rooted in faith and creativity

Ideal Candidate Will :

Be a practicing Catholic with a love for God and a desire to serve through education

Have experience teaching music to children and leading musical groups

Demonstrate strong communication organization and classroom management skills

Be comfortable with both vocal and instrumental instruction

Collaborate well with faculty students and families
