KFC in Bathurst, Canada is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager, drive guest experience, and uphold quality standards.

You will lead a team, manage operations, and help develop staff while embracing a fun, fast-paced environment and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide a top-notch guest experience
• Prepare and maintain high standards of the operation
• Serve beverages, manage food prep to specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers
• Cash handling, reconciling cash and daily paperwork
• Oversee financial controls, operations and staff development
• Maintain inventory and supplies; train team members and shift managers
• Address in-store issues and communicate plans to the team
• Ensure staff follow health, safety and security codes

Position Description

• Provide a top-notch guest experience
• Prepare our world-famous chicken at the highest quality standards
• Serve beverages, cook fresh and frozen product according to specifications
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment to ensure one hundred percent customer satisfaction
• Cash handling, reconciling cash and daily paperwork
• Managing financial controls, operations, people development, customer service and compliance
• Maintaining and ordering inventory and supplies
• Training and developing Team Members and Shift Managers to achieve operational excellence
• Addressing in-store issues and communicating plans to the team
• Ensuring all staff are following health, safety and security codes
