About the Role

Based in Nisku, AB, we are seeking an experienced Keyholder to manage store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and deepen product knowledge in the cannabis industry. Ideal candidates are proactive, customer-oriented, and eager to learn about cannabis products.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet customers, engage, and build relationships to understand their needs
  • Create a welcoming store environment
  • Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
  • Participate in merchandising and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with management to generate sales
  • Maintain product and industry knowledge
  • Ensure store cleanliness and routine maintenance
  • Handle transactions and adhere to cash and loss prevention procedures
  • Monitor and restock inventory

Regulatory and Safety Compliance

  • Follow OH&S policies and procedures
  • Support social responsibility programs
  • Comply with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to cannabis sales in Alberta

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of customer service and retail/hospitality experience
  • Preferred experience in cannabis, liquor, or healthcare
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid SellSafe and Qualified Cannabis Worker certifications
  • Criminal Record Check clearance
  • Knowledge of Alberta cannabis regulations
