Job summary

Lids is seeking retail sales professionals to join our team as 3rd Key (Sales Help Keyholder). Our retail salespeople are the heartbeat and energy of the Lids brand, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining appealing product presentations.

You will help customers find items that reflect their individuality and team pride, operate the store with energetic service, and support inventory, signage, and dress-code standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Able to meet store performance goals.
• Maintain professional appearance per dress code.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through customer service.
• Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
• Control Expenses: Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Participate in managing store inventory including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
• Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
