Job summary

Real Sports Apparel is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to join our team on a part-time basis. The Keyholder will ensure smooth store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and support the store management in opening, closing, and daily tasks.

Responsibilities include handling cash, assisting customers, promoting products, supervising on the sales floor, and contributing to inventory control and security.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or keyholder role.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures, including securing the store and ensuring readiness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with purchases.
• Promote products, upsell, and maintain product knowledge to hit targets.
• Support inventory control with regular stock checks and organization.
• Work with store management to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead the sales floor in the absence of management and guide part-time staff.
• Monitor store security and maintain a safe shopping environment.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns with POS knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and stockroom.

Job Description

Real Sports Apparel is seeking a dedicated and responsible Keyholder to join our team on a part-time basis. The Keyholder will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the store management team. This position requires a reliable individual who can handle opening and closing duties, manage cash transactions, and assist with inventory control.

• Opening and Closing: Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing the store and ensuring the store is ready for business. Ensure that all systems are functioning properly at the start and end of the day.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting products, upselling, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
• Inventory Management: Support inventory control efforts by conducting regular stock checks, organizing merchandise, and assisting with inventory counts.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store management team to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed.
• Leading Sales Floor: Oversee store operations in the absence of management, ensuring staff are performing duties correctly and efficiently. Create professional relationships with PT Sales Associates and lead by example. Manage PT staff to ensure the sales floor is well operated and customers are being helped.
• Security: Ensure the security of the store by monitoring customer activity, preventing theft, and maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Cashier Assistance: Manage transactions accurately, including processing sales, handling returns, and having strong knowledge of the POS system
• Store Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including merchandising displays and stockroom organization. Ensure that merchandise is restocked and organized.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or keyholder role.

Job Posting Compensation Range/Rate:
