Job Description

As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. You are passionate about fashion, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s image and makes customers feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. You bring energy, style expertise, and a customer-first mindset to everything you do—from the fitting room to the cash register.

Day In The Life
  1. Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters strong customer relationships and long-term loyalty.
  2. Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, handling customer transactions with professionalism and care.
  3. Utilize product knowledge and current promotions to drive add-on sales during checkout.
  4. Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by adhering to brand merchandising and presentation standards.
  5. Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth daily execution.
Qualifications
  1. Two years’ experience in sales or customer service is considered an asset.
  2. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  3. Availability includes evenings and weekends.
