Job Description
Are you passionate about fashion trends? Looking for your first leadership role? This role is for you! As a Key Holder, reporting to the Store Manager, you will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, making customers feel comfortable, cared for, and confident.

Day In The Life (What You Will Do)

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage positive customer connections and loyalty
• Perform register functions, leveraging sales, promotions, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
• Cover the sales floor and ensure visual standards are met
• Responsible for store opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales or customer service experience is an asset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an excellent customer experience
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
