Job summary

RCL - Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking a Key Holder to help create a welcoming, customer-focused environment that reflects the brand’s image. You will assist on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, and at the cash desk, delivering energy, style expertise and a customer-first mindset.

You will support store operations with open/close tasks, use product knowledge to boost add-on sales, and maintain a high standard of merchandising and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Experience with opening/closing responsibilities is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion with a good sense of style and knowledge of trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Your reliability and attention to detail ensure smooth store operations and an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (experience with opening/closing responsibilities is preferred).
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion: good sense of style and solid knowledge of fashion trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability; able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder reaching up to 3 m (10 feet).
• High school diploma required.

Hiring rate

of $0.80 above minimum wage

rate may be greater based on relevant experience
