Reitmans (Canada) Limited is hiring a part-time Key Holder in Dartmouth, NS. You will support the management team to create a welcoming, customer-focused environment, assist on the sales floor, help in the fitting room, and handle transactions at the cash desk with reliability and attention to detail.

Competenze

• 2+ years in retail, sales, or customer service (opening/closing responsibilities preferred).
• Strong customer service skills creating a welcoming, engaging shopping experience.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion with good sense of style and knowledge of trends.
• Proficient in POS, ERP, ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg), and use a step ladder up to 3 m (10 ft).
• High school diploma required.

Job Description

As a Key Holder, you will support the management team in creating a welcoming, customer-focused environment that reflects the brand’s image. You bring energy, style expertise, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction, whether assisting on the sales floor, helping in the fitting room, or completing transactions at the cash desk. Your reliability and attention to detail ensure smooth store operations and an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (experience with opening/closing responsibilities is preferred).
