Job summary

Torrid is seeking a Keyholder to support store management, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will lead by example, perform register duties, and assist with merchandise strategies while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

The role requires previous specialty apparel retail management experience, strong multitasking ability, and a keen eye for fashion trends. Flexible scheduling includes holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven ability to lead teams to success and proven sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Retail and fashion trends awareness and adaptability to changing environments.
• Be fashion-focused and stay updated on current trends.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with management, ensure store meets company objectives and KPI goals.
• Model The Torrid Connection through selling skills and customer service to drive loyalty.
• Support management in implementing merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions using sales and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Take responsibility of store operations when Store Management is out as acting Manager on Duty.
• Maintain flexible availability including holidays, nights and weekends.
