About The Role
Based out of our Value Buds Collingwood location, in Collingwood, ON, we are looking for experienced Keyholders who can handle curveballs like a champ. They will be responsible for ensuring the store is in top shape and will become experts in cannabis, eager to share their knowledge with customers. We seek go-getters who love meeting new people, cultivating relationships, and are excited about this industry.

Role And Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Greet customers upon entrance; engage in conversation and understand specific needs
  • Foster a welcoming and positive store atmosphere
  • Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods

Day to Day Operations

  • Participate in merchandising and promotional activities to promote our culture and brand
  • Collaborate with Store Managers and team members to generate sales
  • Maintain high product and service knowledge; stay updated on industry legislation, trends, and new products
  • Participate in store maintenance and ensure cleanliness
  • Handle customer transactions on POS system following all cash and Loss Prevention procedures
  • Monitor and restock inventory regularly

Regulatory Adherence

  • Comply with all OH&S policies and procedures
  • Support Nova Cannabis’s and AGCO’s social responsibility programs
  • Follow company policies, SOPs, and practices

Experience And Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Minimum 2 years of retail and/or hospitality experience
  • Cannabis, liquor, or healthcare experience is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid CannSell certification
  • Must pass a Criminal Record Check
  • Knowledge of Ontario cannabis sales regulations
