Job summary

STRUCTUBE is seeking a retail team member in Ottawa to advise customers on furniture and accessories and to manage after-sales follow-up for deliveries. You will participate in inventory, ensure the store is well-presented, and assist with opening and closing the store.

The role requires retail experience (including at least 1 year as Keyholder), strong listening and advisory skills, collaborative spirit, and availability Monday to Friday plus daytime weekends. French communication is an asset.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with at least 1 year as Keyholder.
• Ability to listen and offer advice to customers.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday and daytime Saturday/Sunday; interest in interior design.

Responsibilities

Job Description

What your day to day will look like:

• Advise customers by promoting our furniture and accessories;
• Ensure after-sales follow-up in order to track deliveries and answer customer questions;
• Participate in inventory management and reception of goods;
• Ensure that furniture and accessories are highlighted and that the store is clean;
• Perform other related duties;
• Open and close the store.

Qualifications

Qualifications required for this position:

• Experience in retailincluding 1 year of experience as Keyholder;
• Demonstrate a sense of listening and the ability to offer advice;
• Strong spirit of collaboration, enthusiasm and interest in interior design;
• Available Monday to Friday, and daytime Saturday and Sunday;
• Ability to move or lift loads up to 65 lbs (30 kg);
• Ability to communicate in French, an asset.
