Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to assist customers.
• Willingness to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and help them find products.
• Explain product features and materials, and suggest related items.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and on the sales floor.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Open and close the store, manage floor when managers aren’t present.
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and well stocked for a memorable shopping experience.
• Assist at the cash register and process transactions.
• Follow head office policies and procedures and support the team.
