Job summary

JobsMedia.io is seeking a capable Retail Supervisor in Farnham, QC to oversee daily store operations, mentor staff, and ensure top customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise staff, assign duties, schedule shifts, hire and train personnel, order merchandise, and maintain inventory levels.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to customer needs, and problem-solving to resolve issues and shortages.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate required.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail or related field preferred.
