Job summary

Lindt in Ottawa, Ontario is seeking a dedicated Keyholder to support store leadership and deliver an outstanding chocolate retail experience.

You will help open/close the store, coach teammates, ensure visual standards, handle cash, and contribute to B2B gifting efforts while providing friendly, product-focused service on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The role's purpose

The Keyholder role is essential in supporting the store team. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and assisting with various store duties. As a Keyholder, you will help us achieve our mission to Enchant the World With Chocolate.

Please note this is an On contract role from 2026-08 through 312026-12-31, but with a potential extention !

Hours- 12-20/week

Pay rate - $18.35/hour

What You’ll Do

Leadership and Teamwork
