Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Burnaby is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

You will mentor the sales team to deliver authentic, personalized service and achieve sales targets, while handling cash and opening/closing on a rota basis. Ideal candidates bring cosmetics retail experience, a passion for service, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and events.

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Willing to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends.
• Desirable: cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.

Responsibilities
