What You'll Do

There's a variety of responsibilities including Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, providing clear communication, and training Associates in policies and procedures.
• Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates collaboratively with management.
• Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating merchandise movement and ensuring visual standards are met.
• Creating inspirational displays to influence sales and trends, aligning with the store's fashion, brand, and value strategies.

What You'll Need

To start your career with us, you should have:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to identify customer and Associate needs, and technical knowledge of register operations
• Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment
