Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking a part-time associate in Canada. The role focuses on selling lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting a dynamic team in a busy store environment.

You’ll be proactive, attentive to customer needs, and flexible to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods. The company emphasizes growth, diverse teams, and a community-focused, family-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome.
• Help customers find products and explain features.
• Assist in fitting room and be available to customers.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Manage the sales floor when managers aren’t present.
• Prepare and position products for a memorable shopping experience.
• Keep store and backstore clean and organized.
• Identify new products to recommend to customers.
• Assist at the cash register and process transactions.
• Follow policies from head office departments.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,50 $ - 19,90 $
