La Vie en Rose in Toronto is seeking a part-time sales associate to welcome customers, showcase lingerie and swimwear, and drive in-store sales. You will assist with product recommendations, handle fitting room duties, and maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, flexibility for holidays and peak periods, and a commitment to team success in a family-owned, community-focused company. Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Prior sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist with product selection.
• Explain products' quality, materials, and features and suggest alternatives.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and on the sales floor.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Open and close the store under supervision.
• Ensure the store and backroom are clean and organized.
• Share top product picks with customers and process transactions.
• Follow company policies from head office departments and procedures.
• Performs other duties to support the team.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

PERMANENT, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 18,32$ - 18,75$
