Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking a dynamic retail associate in Canada to advise customers, showcase our lingerie and swimwear collections, and deliver exceptional service. You’ll welcome shoppers, explain product details, and help them find the perfect fit while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and help them find products.
• Explain products’ qualities, materials and features, and suggest related items.
• Be available in fitting rooms and assist customers throughout their visit.
• Meet and strive to exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Manage the sales floor when managers are not present and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Assist with stocking and presenting products to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Assist customers at the register and process transactions.
• Follow policies from head office and cooperate with store teams as needed.

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there! );
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you! );
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
