La Vie en Rose in Canada is seeking a dynamic full-time sales associate to join our lingerie and swimwear team. You will welcome customers, help them find products, and provide an outstanding shopping experience while meeting personal sales goals.

This is a permanent, full-time role in a fast-paced fashion environment. Previous retail experience is preferred, and bilingual abilities are an asset. We offer advancement opportunities and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail.
• Interest in lingerie and swimwear fashion.
• Willing to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome and assist them in finding products.
• Explain product features, materials, and options to maximize sales.
• Be available in the fitting room to help customers and answer questions.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back area; operate the cash register.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
