Job summary

La Vie en Rose in Canada invites you to join a dynamic, diverse team in a role that combines fashion retail with customer care. You will help customers discover lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear that celebrate confidence and comfort, while working in a close-knit, community-oriented environment.

We offer a permanent part-time position with flexible hours, a strong team culture and opportunities for advancement within a family-owned business.

Qualifications

• You have previous sales experience; excellent customer service mindset.
• You listen to customers’ needs to provide the best service.
• Bilingual ability is a plus (French and English).

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome.
• Help customers find products and explain features and materials.
• Be available in the fitting room to assist.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Manage the sales floor when managers are away.
• Prepare, identify and place products to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Ensure store and backstore are clean and organized.
• Assist customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Follow head office policies and procedures; adapt as needed.
• Perform other duties to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
