Job summary

La Vie en Rose in Mont-Tremblant is seeking a friendly sales associate to join our dynamic team. You will greet customers, help them find lingerie, sleepwear and swimwear, explain fabric features, answer questions, and assist during fittings to ensure a personalized shopping experience.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a family-owned business committed to the community, offering flexible hours, store-wide discounts, performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• You have previous sales experience.
• You love clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
• You listen to your customers' needs to provide the very best service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a warm welcome.
• Help them find everything they're looking for and explain products.
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room.
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals with training support.
• Manage the sales floor when managers aren't there.
• Prepare and place products on the sales floor for a memorable shopping experience.
• Ensure store and backstore are clean and tidy.
• Be on the lookout for new products to share with customers.
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
• Respect and apply head office policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;

• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren't there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don't worry, we'll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
