La Vie en Rose Inc. is hiring for a permanent, full-time sales associate at our Mont-Laurier location. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear while building a memorable shopping experience.

You will contribute to achieving personal and store sales goals, assist with merchandising, and ensure store standards are maintained. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and willingness to work varied hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience.
• Customer-focused with strong service skills.
• Bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to maximize sales.
• Open and close the store as assigned.

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
