La Vie en Rose is seeking dedicated sales associates to join our permanent, part-time team. You’ll help customers find clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity—lingerie, sleepwear, and swimwear—while delivering top-tier service in our stores across Canada.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in retail.
• Interest in fashion and lingerie/swimwear.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcome to customers and maximize sales.
• Help customers find products and explain features.
• Be available in fitting room area and assist.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training.
• Manage sales floor when managers aren't there.
• Prepare products on the floor for a memorable shopping experience.
• Keep store and backstore clean and organized.
• Suggest top picks and share new products with customers.
• Assist at cash register and process transactions.
• Follow head office policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties to support team.

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for advising customers to maximize sales potential as well as opening and closing the store. To perform your job well, you will need to:

• Provide customers with a warm welcome;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Manage the sales floor when your managers aren’t there;
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
