Key Holder - Metrotown Mall (on-site)

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder manages sales culture within the store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through planning and expense control. Ensures a high customer experience aligned with Psycho Bunny’s values and service standards.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Build customer loyalty through engagement and capturing contact information.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
  • Maintain and communicate product knowledge.
  • Control payroll and create service-driven schedules.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to drive sales.
  • Monitor loss prevention and inventory management.
  • Handle merchandise processing and communicate merchandise opportunities.
  • Ensure visual standards and safety protocols are maintained.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year retail management experience.
