About The Role

Based at our Value Buds Aurora Gateway location in Aurora, ON, we seek an experienced Keyholder to manage store operations and share knowledge about cannabis with customers. We value proactive, relationship-oriented go-getters eager to learn and grow in this industry.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Offering
   • Greet customers, engage, and understand their needs
   • Create a welcoming environment
   • Educate customers on cannabis products and consumption methods
2. Day to Day Operations
   • Participate in merchandising and promotional activities
   • Collaborate with Store Managers and team members to boost sales
   • Maintain product and industry knowledge
   • Ensure store cleanliness and maintenance
   • Handle transactions and adhere to cash and loss prevention procedures
   • Monitor and restock inventory
3. Regulatory Adherence
   • Follow OH&S policies
   • Support social responsibility programs
   • Comply with policies and procedures

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• At least 2 years of retail/hospitality experience
• Preferred: Cannabis, liquor, or healthcare experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid CannSell certification
• Criminal Record Check clearance
• Knowledge of Ontario cannabis regulations

• Age 19 or older, reliable transportation
