Maple is hiring a Key Account Manager to lead the long-term success of its highest-value accounts within the Channel Partnerships portfolio. You will craft multi-year strategic plans, guide executive reviews, and own renewal and expansion strategies to protect and grow revenue.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Clinical Operations and Marketing, building relationships with senior leaders and driving measurable impact on net revenue retention.
Maple's purpose is to meet the world's healthcare needs. We're Canada's leading on-demand healthcare platform, connecting patients with Canadian-licensed doctors, nurse practitioners and specialists. Today, we're proud that over 8 million patients and 7,000 businesses and government partners have access to same-day, proactive and ongoing care. We enable people to take control of their health and push the boundaries of what's possible every day.
Bold minds. Big impact. A career at Maple is about making an impact. We empower bold thinking, surround you with an inspiring team and are driven by a motivating purpose. Here, you'll do work that changes lives—including your own.
As we scale our Channel Partnerships business - one of Maple's largest commercial revenue drivers, partnering with insurance providers, benefit brokers, and reseller partnerships, we are hiring a Key Account Manager to lead the long-term success of our highest-value, most complex relationships.
In this role, you will develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans for a concentrated portfolio of key partners. You’ll lead executive-level QBRs, drive retention and expansion strategy, and build the operational framework needed to protect and grow our most strategic commercial relationships.
In your first 90 days, you'll build relationships with the primary stakeholders across your key account portfolio - at the director, VP and C-suite level, while getting to know Maple's business model and the Channel Partnerships portfolio inside and out. You'll draft initial account plans for each of your accounts, including early identification of risks and opportunities.
Over your first 12-18 months, you'll independently own multi-year account plans and lead executive business reviews across your full portfolio. You'll show measurable contribution to your portfolio's net revenue retention and expansion targets, stand up systems that catch risk before it becomes an escalation, and contribute playbooks that raise the bar for account management across the wider Client Success team.
Finding the right fit goes both ways - so this section is yours to complete. When you join, you'll add the unique strengths you bring that aren't captured above.
Offers can vary depending on skills, experience and readiness to meet Maple's expectations for this level. We encourage open conversations about pay. If you have questions about how compensation works at Maple, you're welcome to ask at any point in the interview process.
We're committed to the safety and security of our platform. Please note that any offer of employment is subject to a criminal record check (EPIC) and identity verification. Additional checks, including employment or education verification, may be conducted depending on the role's requirements.
